Rebecca Diederichs | biography

Rebecca Diederichs has been involved with Toronto's artist run culture since the 1980s. A founding member of the artists' collective, Place & Show Artists' Projects, she participated in exhibitions in Toronto, Ottawa and London, Ontario. She has been a Board Member of the artist run centre YYZ Artists' Outlet and the artists' service organization CARO, as well as a member of The Red Head Gallery. She co-curated Urgent Witness/Drawn Remains with Kim Pruesse for YYZ Artists' Outlet and has written for Lola Magazine and Open Studio, both of Toronto. Her latest exhibition project outside of Persona Volare is a three-person touring exhibition Neutrinos They Are Very Small, with Sally McKay and Gordon Hicks.
